We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges according to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made candles are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at robin.ball61@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or denied. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at robin.ball61@yahoo.com. Exchange availability depends on product stock.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
